So the next time you get an email about a politician—even one who’s in that other, evil political party—do a 10 second Google search to verify its accuracy. If you don’t, you’re committing slander.

You should never pay more than $20 per month for eHarmony, and you shouldn’t commit to a period longer than 3 months. Just call their number and tell them their prices are more than you want to spend. Refuse any offers for longer periods with a discount, and tell them you’re looking to only do it for a couple months. After a little while, they should offer you at least a 3 month deal for $20/month. You may be able to get it down even further by negotiating more. And after you’ve got a paid membership, they’ll always be running ads for extending the membership at $15/month.

Progressives ought to be leading the charge against public employees unions. If you believe government ought to have a large part in fixing every problem, why would you want to cripple it with inflexible work rules, overinflated salaries and benefits packages, and the inability to get rid of employees who perform poorly? Why partner with organizations whose entire existence is dedicated to ensuring that government cannot work efficiently?
